Just a couple of housekeeping items to begin with......
-Please, be on time. You will be checked in by the AD Department and fill out paperwork before we can look at you.
-Always come dressed in your first, best choice of the descriptions for your character. After reading the character descriptions that you will find here, make your best pick and wear it in. However, you will ALWAYS be expected to bring options with you so that we can make the final choices.
-Do not leave your clothing options in your car. Bring your clothing with you when you come to check in.
Below you will find the color palette for the show. Please look at these colors to help with your clothing selections. You will see a chart of "Whites." These indicate what to bring instead of bright white.

Everyone must bring layers of sweaters, light weight jackets, vests, etc.
The story calls for cool weather, much like we have right now. We need everyone to bring layers to successfully play this temperature.

MECKLENBURG CO JAIL
Some of you working in the scene will be given uniforms by the Costume Dept. Some of you will be given clothing but we will also want you to bring options of the following things so that we will be covered in case things change on the day, as they sometimes do.
SHERIFFS will be given a uniform by the Costume Dept. You should bring with you a plain, WHITE crew neck tee shirt and a pair of black socks.
INMATES will be divided into two categories. Some of you will be in prison wear and some of you will be in street clothes. We would like ALL inmates to bring options of the following things, even if you were fit in a prison uniform.
All INMATES should read the following and bring options of the items described.
INMATES AND GUYS TO BE PROCESSED
You are in the process of being booked into the county jail.
These clothes should not look good. Bring the things that you use for yard work or cleaning around the house. Things that are worn out and scuffed up. Be aware that we cannot use logos, sports team jerseys or any other identifiable articles.
Please bring as many options of the following as you can:
dark jackets, leather jackets, denim jackets and vests and hoodies
dark solid color tees, tank top underwear shirts
flannel, denim, and other casual long sleeve button front shirts
long sleeve pullover tops like thermal underwear, long sleeve tees, Henley's
jeans, Dickies style pants, cargo pants, cords
boots and dark sneaks and other shoes that work with your clothing choices.
if you have any hats without logos, knit caps, skull caps, bandanas, chain wallets and other interesting accessories, please bring them
